We have a number of vacancies for Project Workers across the county, based in Mendip (currently Wells but relocating to Frome early 2010), Yeovil, Bridgwater or Taunton.
We are looking to recruit Registered General Nurses and / or Registered Mental Health Nurses as Project Workers. These candidates must have experience of working with people with drug and/or alcohol problems. We would support ongoing CPD, Nursing registration requirements and provide funding and time for a number of candidates to complete comprehensive training to be a supplementary Nurse Prescriber (NMP).

The service incorporates all (MoC) Tier 2, 3 and access to Tier 4 support, including specialist prescribing, open access, Needle Exchange, Group work, DIP etc It is an exciting and developing service offering considerable learning opportunities for capable and passionate staff.
